FAQs

CAN I BREW THE TEA LEAVES MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes! In fact, we encourage steeping your tea leaves more than once to explore how our teas change each time you brew them. However, we do recommend adding another minute or two to your total steep time with every new brew.

HOW LONG DOES LOOSE LEAF TEA STAY FRESH?

From the date of purchase, your loose leaf tea will be at peak freshness for a year. We are obsessed with freshness and potency, which is why we make each blend in small batches in our tea store in Phoenix, Arizona.

HOW DO I STORE MY LOOSE LEAF TEA?

The best way to keep your tea fresh, potent, and flavorful is to store it in an airtight container such as ceramic, glass, or non-reactive stainless steel, away from sources of light, heat, moisture, and odors. You can learn more about how to store your loose leaf tea by clicking here.

For me, an aquired taste, but helpful - Add just a little sweet (I use honey).

This is definitely a different flavor profile than what I'm used to, but I tried it a few times to make sure. I'm not a fan of clove so that was the only thing I had to get over. As it was still warm and steeping, I added about a teaspoon of local honey and that really make it more palatable for me. I think it has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep longer than without it. No lingering sleepiness in the morning either! Drinking a tea, rather than taking a sleep aide, really makes me feel like I'm doing something better for my body.

Life. Changing.

When I try to sleep, thoughts whirl and whirl until I finally get up and clean or read. I've tried melatonin, zquil....this is by far THE BEST sleep aid. I can actually feel when my muscles relax and my body sighs with relief when all the tension and thoughts finally give me a break. I'm asleep within minutes after my last sip. I sleep through the night, a solid 7 hours. I wake up feeling focused and energized. I've given several friends some samples and warn them, you will be knocked out! With no side effects, this is my go to for sleep aid.

Never Slept Better

I have been a chronic bad sleeper for the majority of my life. I use this and wow. Sleeping so good I don't want to wake up, just want more. Thank you for helping me find something that actually works.

So Far So Good

Only one Week in but have notice much less tossing and turning. Do feel a bit groggy but that may be the adjustment to the herbs.
